Have an idea? Here’s the plan.

A free intro to see if it fits, then three steps to the App Store. We build our own apps the same way we build yours.

Start free

Start with a free 15-minute call.

Tell us the idea. Within a day you get a rough scope with every feature sized S to XL and a ballpark cost. No cost, no commitment.

Then, if it fits

01

Find the one thing

Every good app does one job brilliantly. Product management starts here: finding the single daily action your users will come back for, and saying no to the rest.

02

Design and build

AI gives us speed. Engineering and product management give you something worth shipping. Senior engineers decide the architecture, review every line and own what goes to the store.

03

Ship, listen, improve

Launch is the start. We read every review, watch the numbers, decide what earns a place in the next release and keep marching, twenty miles at a time.

Each step, in detail.

Intro call

15 minutes, free

Short on purpose. You tell us the idea and who it is for. We tell you honestly whether it is something we should build together, and roughly what it would take.

What happens

  • A 15-minute call, no preparation needed. Bring the idea, not a spec.
  • Within a day you get a rough scope with every feature sized S to XL and a ballpark cost.
  • No cost and no commitment. If the ballpark does not fit, we part as friends.

What you get

  • Rough scope
  • Ballpark
01Paid work starts here

Find the one thing

A day or two

Most app ideas arrive as a list of features. We start by finding the single daily action underneath them, the one your users will come back for. Everything else waits.

What happens

  • A 60-minute scoping session that goes deeper than the intro call: the users, the flows, the data, the edge cases and what success looks like in numbers.
  • We write the one-sentence job of the app and the number that proves it is working.
  • We map version one on a single page: the screens, the data and what is deliberately left out.
  • You get a final quote and a start date. The ballpark becomes a number you can plan around.

What you get

  • One-page scope
  • Final quote
  • Success metric
  • Start date
02

Design and build

One to eight weeks, depending on scope

AI gives us speed. Engineering gives you something that lasts. Senior engineers decide the architecture, review every line and own what goes to the store. You see a working build on your phone early, not at the end.

What happens

  • Day one: flows and screens designed in code, so what you review is what ships.
  • Work runs as small, measurable goals. Each one ends with a TestFlight build on your phone and a short note on what changed.
  • Accounts, payments, notifications and any integrations built on services we already run in production, with the security and data-protection choices made for you.
  • App Store listing, screenshots and privacy details written and submitted for you.
  • A free landing page for your app on AppLanding, our own platform: synced with the App Store daily and built to be found by search and AI. See applanding.co ›

What you get

  • Regular TestFlight builds
  • App Store submission
  • Free AppLanding page
  • Source code in your GitHub
  • Launch checklist
03

Ship, listen, improve

Ongoing, month by month

Launch is the start of the useful part. Real users tell you what the app is actually for. We read every review, watch the numbers and keep marching, twenty miles at a time.

What happens

  • Analytics and crash reporting wired up before launch, with a shared dashboard.
  • A fortnightly product review: what users do, what they ask for, what to build next and what to leave alone.
  • Small, regular releases rather than big-bang versions. Most of our apps ship an update every couple of weeks.
  • iOS updates, device changes and App Store policy handled as they arrive.

What you get

  • Shared dashboard
  • Fortnightly review
  • Regular releases
  • Ongoing care

AI writes the first draft. Expertise decides what ships.

Anyone can generate an app now. The difference is knowing which app to build, which code to keep, and what will still be working in two years. That is where the fee goes.

Product management

Deciding what to build, and what not to.

Most failed apps were built exactly as specified. The value is in the decisions before and after the code.

  • Finding the one daily action the app exists for, and cutting the features that dilute it.
  • Defining a success metric before build starts, so launch is a test rather than a hope.
  • Pricing and packaging: what is free, what is paid, and why users will pay for it.
  • Reading reviews, analytics and support to decide what earns a place in each release.
  • Knowing when to stop. A version one that ships beats a version three that doesn't.
Engineering expertise

Code that survives contact with real users.

Agents are fast and confident. Senior engineers are the ones who know when they are wrong.

  • Architecture chosen for the life of the app, not the demo: data models, sync, offline and scale.
  • Every line reviewed by an engineer who has shipped fourteen apps through App Store review.
  • Security, privacy and data protection built in: Sign in with Apple, iCloud, GDPR, no surprises.
  • Performance, accessibility and battery treated as features, tested on real devices.
  • Apple platform changes, new iOS releases and store policy handled before they become your problem.

How we price

We quote a fixed price for a fixed scope, so there are no hourly surprises. Every feature is t-shirt sized, S to XL, and the ballpark is the sum of the parts. If it fits, a paid scoping session turns that into a final quote before any build work begins.

What we need from you

One decision-maker, an hour a week, and honest answers about who the app is for. Copy, brand assets and any existing accounts before build starts. That is it.
